Class 1. Comparative advantage

Estimated reading: 1 minute 483 views

In class 1, we cover opportunity cost and how we measure it to estimate comparative advantage of one choice against all other choices. At the end of the course, we can build a relative comparative advantage model with real data. One of the examples given by the class was to use World Bank’s trade data between countries, which provides a play ground to construct a model for relative comparative advantage.
